Once we have fully discussed your individual requirements, we create a unique portfolio of suitable properties. If you are concerned about the suitability of a property at this stage, we are able to view the property on your behalf to save you time at the accompanied viewings stage.

Once a final portfolio of properties is ready we arrange a personalised, accompanied viewing itinerary. Depending on the size of the geographical area, we will ensure that there are a manageable number of properties to view in one day. To give you an idea of where your potential homes are placed geographically, we produce detailed maps.

When you are ready to proceed with your purchase or rental agreement we will liaise on your behalf with the estate agent, letting agent, solicitor or surveyor.
