How we help you

Discovering your needs

Initial contact

To gain a good understanding of your needs we arrange an initial face to face or online meeting or telephone call to discuss your particular requirements.  We appreciate the time zone differences and will accommodate our initial meeting at a time of day to suit  you.

Property Research

Once we have fully discussed your individual requirements, we create a unique portfolio of suitable properties. If you are concerned about the suitability of a property at this stage, we are able to view the property on your behalf to save you time at the accompanied viewings stage.

Accompanied Viewings

Once a final portfolio of properties is ready we arrange a personalised, accompanied viewing itinerary. Depending on the size of the geographical area, we will ensure that there are a manageable number of properties to view in one day. To give you an idea of where your potential homes are placed geographically, we produce detailed maps.

Negotiations

When you are ready to proceed with your purchase or rental agreement we will liaise on your behalf with the estate agent, letting agent, solicitor or surveyor. As a well established and reliable relocation agency we have very good relationships with these specialists; this means that we can place you in prime position to ensure your offer is taken seriously.

Navigating the Renters' Rights Act
The rental landscape in England is evolving with the Renters' Rights Act, which officially came into force on 1 May 2026. This landmark legislation provides you with greater security by abolishing "no-fault" evictions and moving all tenancies to a flexible "periodic" (rolling) structure. It also creates a fairer marketplace by ending "bidding wars" and capping advance rent requests to a maximum of one month. Andrew stays fully updated on these reforms to ensure your move remains compliant and your rights as a tenant are protected from day one.
